This Super Hydro universal repair collar was used to repair a severe leak on a DN1000 cement pipe in northern Apulia (Foggia district of the Acquedotto Pugliese S.p.A.).
The breakage on the socket was caused by the escavator during the excavation operations on the pipeline.
This pipelines supplies fresh water to the city of Foggia, so the number of people subject to disservice and discomfort was quite relevant.
It was necessary to build and delivery the collar as soon as possible.
We received the emergency call early Monday morning and soon started the production.
The collar was delivered on site and installed the following Wendnesday.
