These couple of universal couplings were manufactured on request of a Sicilian company that had to replace a segment of a damaged submarine pipe off the Aeolian Islands.
A segment of PE DN450 pipe had to be connected to a steel pipe by using these two couplings to restore the fresh water supply to Lipari island.
